49. Each F.R.I.E.N.D.S Character Described In A Word

F.R.I.E.N.D.S has been favourite to many of us for the past two decades. It is still the longest-running TV show in the world. First aired in 1994, the show had ten seasons launched every year till 2004, it still airs on TV and Netflix. With six interesting and unique characters played by Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry and David Schwimmer, F.R.I.E.N.D.S became the favourite sitcom for years.

It’s said that “Dress like Rachel, Flirt like Joey, Clean like Monica, Sing like Phoebe, Joke like Chandler, and Love like Ross.” In this blog we will explore each of these characters by describing them in one word each

1. Joey, played by Matt LeBlanc: Ladies’ Man

"How you doing?"
You all know what I am talking about. Besides being the ladies’ man, Joey can be described as the most adorable of the six friends. His dim wit, charm, and the love for his friends have made him favourite for many.

2. Phoebe, played by Lisa Kudrow: Crazy

“If we were in prison, you guys would be my bitches.”
She absolutely is crazy! But, my personal favourite. Her honesty, humour, bonkers attitude and infamous songs give her an entirely different charisma.

3. Chandler, played by Matthew Perry: Sarcasm

“Could I be any more funny?”
Need I say anymore?

4. Monica, played by Courteney Cox: Perfectionist

“Not just clean, ‘Monica’ clean”
If OCD had a face, I am sure it would look like Monica. Despite her need for perfection, and sometimes overbearing attitude, we love her.

5. Rachel, played by Jennifer Aniston: Diva

“It’s like all my life, everyone has always told me: ‘you are a shoe!’”
Rachel was America’s sweetheart at one point. Not everybody’s favourite but still charming as ever. Her dressing sense and diva attitude worked out quite well for her.

6. Ross, played by David Schwimmer: Unagi

“Ross: The Divorce Force”
For those of you who follow the show religiously would know what I am talking about.

These were my interpretations, yours might be different but our love for the show will always remain the same.
